The price indicated includes shipping and VAT to mainland UK.
We accept payment from most currencies and also ship to most EU destinations.
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Furthermore, due to the bespoke and made to measure nature of our products, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site may vary. Please also note that tiles are created in batches and some shade variation may occur between batches.
Delivery Times & Transportation
The lead time for rugs is approximately 12-16 weeks, and 8-12 weeks for tiles. Occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods or to have them ready for collection within the original approximate timeframe then we will notify you of the delay and new timeframe as soon as possible.
Our rugs are shipped by DHL directly to your home, and will arrive in a cardboard box. The tiles are packed in cardboard boxes of approx. 20 kg each, loaded on a pallet which is properly protected and sealed. The pallet will be unloaded on the kerbside, in a location accessible to a 3.5T lorry with a tailgate and a hand pallet truck. We do not provide the dismantling of the pallet.
Returns & Exchanges
As all our products are custom made, we can unfortunately only offer returns and refunds for products that are faulty. Any damaged products upon delivery should be communicated to email@example.com within 48h. Claims should include photos.
